we want you to have fun, work hard, and see results!
Although the Constant Movement method of Mat / Oov, Reformer, Suspension, Tower and Chair classes are intense, they’re still approachable for everyone. All students should take classes at his or her own pace which is why we offer group Pilates Classes, duet sessions, and private Pilates lessons. View each class's level below.
If you have never taken Pilates before or if it has been over a year we require you to take advantage of our Welcome Package that includes two private Pilates lessons. This is only for new clients.
Classes are subject to change.
Private Lessons
Private Pilates lessons offer the unique opportunity
to work one on one with our Movement experts. Our Instructors are trained to assess your strengths and limitations, analyze your movement patterns, and in
turn develop exercises suited to your specific needs.
All Constant Movement instructors are trained in therapeutic protocols and are able to challenge the
most advanced athletes as well.
The combination of instructor expertise and the wide range of adaptable equipment we offer, allows us to
work productively with ANY individual and all physical abilities/ challenges.

Reformer Level 1-2
Beginning/ Intermediate Reformer. This class introduces you to the Reformer which helps you to strengthen your core, improve back stability and create a long, lean, supple look to your body. Clients move through exercises lying face down, face up, sitting and standing.
Clients who have perfected Reformer level 1-2 and have been given permission can then move into this advanced level of Reformer IT.
Reformer IT Level 2
Reformer IT combines the reformer with Jumpboard. Jumpboard is a padded board attached to the Pilates reformer which enables participants to jump supine against the board and spring resistance of the reformer providing a terrific cardio and core workout. It is a low-impact, high intensity interval workout that delivers a great cardio boost for Pilates students, and ideal strength-training for runners, dancers, and athletes. Choreography is adapted to the level of the class enabling instructors to provide a safe workout to anyone that jumping is not contraindicated.
It will boost your metabolism, bone density, leg strength, foot strength, core stability, power and jumping technique, and have fun doing it.
Circut Level 1-2
The tower apparatus is sleek and lean, just like the muscles it will help you sculpt. The majority of Tower exercises focus on one area of the body at a time, making it easier to isolate muscle groups Unlike Pilates Mat and Reformer workouts, there is no set classical order for the Tower exercises. This means that beginner Tower students enjoy a much lower learning curve.
The Chair is considered to be the most challenging piece of Pilates equipment in terms of building strength in the legs and shoulders. Exercises on the Chair are great for skiers, runners, tennis players, golfers and for clients looking to increase power in the upper body for throwing, lifting and racquet sports.
